At only 5.99m long and with a slimline build it offers easy maneuverability and parking and weighing in at 3300Kg can be driven on a standard UK license. Based on the Fiat Ducato with 2287cc Multi-jet engine and 6 speed manual transmission it has a full service history and an MOT until August 2026 however a new MOT will be completed prior to sale.
Compact but spacious with a rear fixed bed with large garage space under and external access from both sides. Up front a dinette provides a great place to relax and dine and offers a third berth conversion. A TV point with TV included and mounted above the dinette seating. The kitchen offers a gas hob, combi oven and grill, microwave, sink with mixer tap and a 3 way fridge with freezer box. A private washroom provides home from home comfort with a flushing cassette toilet, wash basin with mixer tap and shower.
Power comes from 230v electrics with a 12v leisure battery and there is a gas locker holding two gas bottles. Heating and hot water via the Truma system with separate control panel. Externally there are the usual access points for electric hook-up and water and rear bars are fitted to enable the fitting of a bike carrier. The large garage has plenty of space for outdoor chairs and other items.
