and its width is only 1.95 meters and It's MAM weight is only 2995kg allowing anyone
with a standard UK driving licence can drive it.
This model has been created by Nu Venture to have
the bright and airy mid lounge dinette area with its 2 side facing bench seats
for relaxing and lounging in by day with a removable table with this area
easily converted at night to a nice and cosy double bed.
For a Micro Motorhome storage and cupboard space is
plenty with overhead lockers all around and space underneath the two bench
seats and large storage above the cab.
At the rear of the vehicle is a well appointed
fitted kitchen with a 4 burner gas hob, grill, sink with drainer, 3 way fridge
and extendable worktop. Across from the kitchen area is the ensuite toilet
which has a cassette toilet, hand basin and shower.
This Rio Sand has had recently fitted a fixed
Fiamma awning, solar panel, 240v mains plugs and USB charger points and it also
comes with TV aerial, carpets, Kenwood CD stereo system, Trumatic Gas Blow
Heating system and Malaga Water Heating system.
Its based on the Fiat Scudo 1.9 Turbo Disel engine
with a good service history and its Cambelt recently replaced and although it is a 23 year old vehicle and as such is showing some signs of age, marks and
minor imperfections we believe for its age it’s in a great condition and will come’s with a full years fresh MOT with all advisory works completed and valid until 17th October 2024.
