the habitation area to another 1.5 metres which makes the habitation lounging
and sleeping area feel and live like a motorhome not at all like a campervan.
Extending and retracting the slide out is an ever so easy manual operation
requiring a slight shove but nothing arduous and the looks, likes and memories you’ll
get with it are something to behold and treasure.
The interior is all in solid hand-built furniture
with plenty of cupboard spaces and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is to the offside of the camper and has
everything you would need with a stainless-steel sink, a SMEV 4 gas hob,
grill/oven and opposite you have a 3 way power large fridge with small freezer
compartment and a slide out larder. To the front you have the 2 cab seats which
swivel and there is a dining lounging table easily fitted to make this area for

water by gas and it has a solar panel fitted and a 60-litre water tank.

Uni-Jet diesel Fiat Ducato base and engine with 4 new tyres, and a service and
new Cam Belt fitted less than 2000 miles ago with its MOT not due till June 2024
with its last MOT showing no advisories.
The Manhattan’s MAM weight is 3500kg allowing
anyone with a standard UK driving licence to drive it and its length is only
5.5 metres with its retractable width at 2 metres making it easy and nimble to
park and drive anywhere in the UK and in Europe.
Included in the sale is an Erde 102 Trailer and
levelling blocks, an empty gas bottle, wheel security clamp and a drive away
awning (with a slight tear)
