Welcome to the sale of this 7 berth Laika Ecovip H710 family motorhome with a 2.8L engine on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis which is fitted with 4no 3 point seat belts and 1 lap belt and is the perfect motorhome for a family who want loads of living and storage space whether it's for a weekend break or long term touring.
The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 good size single bunk beds at the rear of the motorhome, a huge over cab pull down bed (that also extends a further 15 inches) that will easily sleep 2 adults, a dinette that converts in to another good size double bed and a sofa that can be used as a single bed.
As you enter the motorhome you have the highly desirable end washroom layout featuring a separate shower with screen, a toilet, a wash basin with mixer tap and storage cupboards. The washroom is flooded with lots of natural light thanks to the large window and roof light.
Moving forwards you come to the kitchen which has everything you need to rustle up a lovely meal. There is a 3 gas burner hob, an oven/grill, a large 142 litre Dometic 3 way fridge freezer with automatic selection, a sink with mixer tap, lots of storage space for utensils and ingredients plus a good work top area.
Opposite the kitchen are the 2 bunk beds which are perfect for a family with young children. Underneath the bunk beds is a large storage area which can be accessed via an external locker.
The dinette is incredibly spacious and is flooded with light making it a fabulous spot to relax and unwind in. There is a forward facing 2 seater sofa with 1 seat belt and 1 lap belt. Opposite this is a large side facing sofa so if you have guests there is certainly no shortage of seating options.
Above the cab is a huge double bed with plenty of room for 2 tall adults. Below in the cab, the vehicle has a manual 5 speed gearbox, a sony radio cd player, a reversing camera and air conditioning There are also electric windows and mirrors. Externally there is a wind out awning to allow al fresco dining as well as a bike rack to carry 4 cycles. There are also numerous external storage lockers.
This motorhome has an MOT until 2nd December 2022 so if you are looking for a low cost introduction for you and your family to the fun world of motorhome holidays, then this Laika ticks all the boxes.

Issues are;
The electric step doesn't work (not sure if its a quick fix or the whole unit needs replacing, circa £800-1000
Front seats are worn as per photos.
There is damp at the rear of the motorhome around the washroom rooflight as per hab check, this can be sent on request.
The turbo waste gate will need replacing soon. (currently drives absolutely fine, just engine management light comes on at over 3000 revs) this has been confirmed by a local garage, the part is relatively cheap, just the labour which is expensive, circa £600-800.
Small crack to rear left corner bumper.
Everything else works fine.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
