The standout feature of the layout is the two fixed single beds at the rear of the motorhome, behind the beds at the very rear of the van is the full width washroom. The shower area is separated from the washroom by a folding door. The main washroom area has hand basin with cupboard underneath, vanity mirror with shelving area and a tall cupboard behind the electric flush toilet. With a bed on each side storage is provided above with lots of cupboards and each bed lifts up on supports to give generous storage for camping gear etc. A TV/DVD is mounted on a bracket which allows TV to be turned to the sleeping or seating areas as required. At the foot of the nearside bed is a full height wardrobe with hanging space and aerial equipment. Forward again is the dining area. The two travelling seats have two 3 point seat belts. Dining is by the good size table and a non standard feature is the two extra round tables that give extra space and flexibility. Both front seats swivel to give a great area for socialising. Again, lots of upper storage space. The kitchen is next to the habitation door on the off side and has a grill, cooker and three burner hob. Base vehicle is a Fiat Ducato with a 2300 cc diesel engine and six speed manual gearbox. The engine has benefited from a remap up to 160 bhp by a West Coast Remaps authorised agent. Last serviced less than 300 miles ago in 2020 with the MOT expiring in June 2022. Last three MOTs passed without advisories and previously very little to worry about.
