Powered by the 3.0 litre Fiat engine through a 6-speed manual gearbox, it has covered just 37,970 miles and has a maximum authorised weight of 4,250kg, meaning a C1 driving licence is required.
At approximately 7.4 metres long, the Alpa A-6820-2 offers a spacious layout with a raised double floor, generous payload and a large rear garage. The rear of the motorhome is occupied by a substantial U-shaped lounge, providing seating for up to six people and plenty of space for four to dine around the adjustable table. The telescopic table drops down to form the base of a double bed when required. Beneath the lounge are two pop-up forward-facing travel seats, both fitted with three-point seat belts.
The overcab sleeping area provides two fixed single beds, with a central mattress section allowing them to be joined together to create a large double bed. This gives the motorhome comfortable sleeping accommodation for four without compromising the generous daytime living space.
The galley kitchen features a curved worktop providing useful preparation space, together with a combined hob and sink with multi-section hinged glass covers. There is a good selection of cupboards above and below the worktop, while across the aisle is a large fridge/freezer, oven and grill together with additional storage.
The washroom is positioned directly behind the cab and is split across either side of the central aisle. On one side is the toilet and washroom area with a large basin, countertop, high and low-level storage and two mirrors. Opposite is a separate, generously sized shower compartment.
Storage is a particular feature of this Dethleffs, with the raised double floor providing additional capacity and a huge rear garage situated beneath the rear lounge.
The specification includes cab air conditioning, cruise control, climate control, air suspension, an automatic levelling system, alloy wheels, rear-view camera, Truma heating, wind-out awning, two leisure batteries, tow bar, Gaslow refillable gas system and an external gas BBQ point.
The motorhome has a small dent to the rear garage door and the flap covering the external BBQ point is missing. These have been noted so prospective buyers are aware prior to viewing.
