Having previously brokered its sale to the current owners, we’re pleased to market this Bürstner again, now benefiting from considerable further investment. Approximately £1,500 of reupholstery, £700 of new rear mattresses and a recent exterior polish have refreshed its presentation inside and out.
At £59,995, it offers an appealing combination of comfortable accommodation, extensive equipment and recent maintenance—particularly for buyers planning longer adventures.
The £10,000 Victron Energy installation is a major highlight. With 720W of solar, three 100Ah lithium batteries, dual MPPT controllers and a 2kW inverter connected to every socket, it provides considerable flexibility for touring away from electric hook-up. Suitable mains-powered appliances can run through the inverter, while the solar panels help replenish the batteries.
The layout includes fixed rear single beds with new mattresses, which can be made into a large double bed, and a drop-down double bed above the cab, providing four berths without needing to convert the lounge. Both cab seats swivel to create a sociable space for dining, relaxing and planning the next destination.
Habitation air conditioning provides welcome comfort during summer trips, complemented by Truma heating for cooler evenings. The fridge has been replaced, while the underslung Gasit refillable LPG tank adds convenience for extended touring.
The TESA self-levelling system, recently serviced and fitted with a new operating panel, makes setting up on arrival easier. Rear air suspension and ORAP front shock absorbers add to the vehicle’s upgraded specification.
Maintenance includes an engine service and coolant change, five new tyres and a new spare wheel. The cab air conditioning has received repairs, servicing and a regas, and the habitation air conditioning has also been serviced.
The Truma system has been serviced with its flue pipe replaced. Further work includes replacement of the LPG filler pipe, water-tank inspection plug and hob rubbers. The cambelt was replaced in July 2024, the habitation check was completed in early 2026, and the MOT runs until 19 October 2027.
A new multimedia screen includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with cruise control and a reversing camera adding convenience on the road. An Avtex system with router supports connectivity, while a Scorpion tracker, alarm and laptop-sized safe provide additional security.
Outside, the rear garage provides useful equipment storage, the Fiamma rack carries two cycles, and the wind-out awning creates sheltered space for outdoor meals and relaxing.
With its left-hand-drive configuration, refreshed interior and substantial lithium and solar installation, this Bürstner is particularly well suited to continental touring and owners seeking greater freedom from campsite hook-ups.
