We are pleased to offer for sale this 2018 Knaus Sky Ti 700 MG, a spacious 3-berth low-profile coachbuilt motorhome built on the Fiat Ducato chassis. Powered by a 2.3-litre 150 bhp diesel engine with a 6-speed manual gearbox, this 7.52 metre motorhome has covered approximately 20,004 miles and provides accommodation for three with four travel seats.
The layout features a front L-shaped lounge with side seat, central living and kitchen area, toilet with a separate shower cubicle and a fixed rear transverse double bed above a large garage. The vehicle has had two owners from new and comes with an MOT until May 2027.
Living Area
The front lounge offers an L-shaped seating arrangement with a side seat, and the cab seats swivel to become part of the living space. The height and reach adjustable dining table provides flexible positioning for relaxing or dining.
The dinette converts to create the third berth when required. Generous storage is available throughout, including wall cupboards over the dinette, a cubby in the floor and storage under the seating. Natural light floods the interior via a large overcab roof window, a large skylight over the dinette, and additional square skylights in the rear.
Truma Combi 6E heating provides efficient heating and hot water throughout the habitation area.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a Dometic three-burner hob with glass lid and LED lighting above, a Thetford duplex oven and grill, sink with a wooden lid that doubles as the chopping board, sliding storage racks and more useful storage offering excellent facilities for preparing meals while touring.
A Dometic three-way RML 9435 fridge/freezer is also fitted, opposite the main kitchen area, with storage above and below.
Sleeping Area
The rear sleeping area features a fixed transverse double bed, providing a permanent sleeping arrangement without the need to make up the bed each evening.
Two generous wardrobes are positioned each side of the bed, with wall cupboards above and a cubby in the floor. The additional square skylight is located over the bed area. The front dinette converts into a further single bed when required, giving the motorhome its three-berth capacity.
Washroom
The washroom is Knaus’ ‘open bathroom’ design where the bathroom door functions as both a divider to create a large open washroom and also the door to the toiler room for privacy. The toilet room incorporates a Dometic cassette toilet, a washbasin integrated into the worktop, a tap integrated into the wall and plenty of storage. Whilst opposite is the large separate shower cubicle.
Mirrors and a square roof vent are fitted, providing good light and ventilation.
External
The Knaus Sky Ti 700 MG benefits from a large rear garage beneath the fixed bed, offering excellent storage for touring equipment and personal belongings.
A wind-out Fiamma F45S awning is fitted, providing additional covered space alongside the motorhome when pitched. The gas locker accommodates two Gaslow refillable bottles, and a 100 W solar panel is installed to assist with battery charging. A single leisure battery is accessible from an external locker. Fresh and waste water tanks are fitted, along with mains hook-up.
