Motorhome Depot Ellesmere & Shrewsbury are pleased to offer for sale this 2014 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 313 LWB campervan, converted by Eyesopen Vanlife Converters. Offering 3 berths and 3 travelling seats with seatbelts, it is powered by a 2.143-litre diesel engine through a manual gearbox and has covered approximately 113,359 miles.
The layout provides a large fixed double bed at the rear, with a couch that converts to provide a third single berth. Storage is available beneath the couch, with further cupboards and storage incorporated throughout the conversion.
The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner gas hob, sink and 50-litre Alpicool compressor fridge, together with worktop space and storage cupboards. The washroom has a shower, wall-mounted acrylic mirror and Thetford Porta Potti. Fresh and waste water are carried in underslung tanks, with level indicators fitted inside the van, while LPG is supplied from an underslung gas tank with its own level indicator.
A key feature of this conversion is the professionally installed Renogy electrical system, which cost approximately £2,000. The system comprises a 200Ah lithium leisure battery, 200W solar panel, DC-DC charger and 2000W 12V pure sine wave inverter. The leisure battery can be charged from 240V electric hook-up, the solar panel or from the vehicle alternator while driving, providing the facilities required for both campsite use and off-grid touring.
Heating and hot water are provided by a Truma Combi system. Further equipment includes a swivelling double passenger seat, microwave, Thule wind-out awning, swivel table, USB charging points, TV and all-terrain tyres.
With its fixed rear bed, 3-berth accommodation, onboard kitchen and washroom facilities, solar and lithium electrical system and underslung water and LPG tanks, this Sprinter has been set up for touring without the need to rely solely on campsite facilities.
There are some minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with the vehicle’s age and mileage, which can be seen in the photographs and video.
