This is a 4 berth motorhome with 2 travelling seatbelts. It’s built on the Fiat Ducato chassis and has a 2.3l engine and manual 6 speed gearbox
The Gross Vehicle Weight is 3,500kg which means it can be driven on any licence.
The motorhome has had 1 careful owner from new and has been fastidiously serviced and maintained during this period. There is a full service and habitation check history. A new cam belt was fitted at the recommended time. The vehicle is MOT’d until the end of May 2027.
As you step inside you get a real feel for the light and airy feel of this motorhome and its design which exhibits a good use of space.
At the front of the motorhome there is a seating area for at least six when you include the two captain’s chairs. The lounge bench seats easily convert in the simplest of manoeuvres, into a good size double bed.
Moving further toward the centre, you come to a very nice, well equipped kitchen, fitted out with an oven, grill, 3 burner gas hob, microwave, sink and a fridge with ice box. There is also a useful prep/worktop space and utensil drawer.
There are plenty of storage cupboards and compartments throughout the living and kitchen areas.
Centrally you’ll find a large wardrobe and around the motorhome generally, you’ll find abundant overhead storage space.
Towards the rear of the motorhome there is a large ‘French’ style double bed and more overhead cupboard space. The bed can be lifted easily to reveal overhead access to the large garage space.
Opposite the bedroom, is a good sized bathroom/washroom fitted with a toilet, sink, separate shower compartment and the usual vanity fitments.
The window blinds, curtains and flyscreens are in immaculate condition throughout. The fitted carpets are in first class condition and will be included in the sale.
The motorhome is kept warm and cosy by the Truma Gas and Electric Heating System.
A new vehicle and leisure battery was also fitted in the last year.
The vehicle also benefits form the fitting of a Telemetrics tracker which may be transferable to the new owners.
