Motorhome Depot North Wales Present a VW T4 Transporter Holdsworth Villa High Top Conversion, Based on the T4 Chassis with its Petrol 2.0 engine this nice example has covered 150,000 miles and has an MOT until 05/6/2026.
Owned by in pervious owner since August 2013,12 years, Overall for its year its in great condition. Drives Very Well.
Good Points 2 sets of ignition keys. New alternator fitted 132,208 miles on 15/8/2018. New Tyres 2021 at 138,920 miles. Loads of tread left Towbar and 13 pin socket for bike rack. Stainless Steel exhaust and Cat É480.. New step cover on sliding door. New curtains all-round. Rear view camera and monitor when selecting reverse gear. On board water and waste tanks.1 x key. Never used. 6 x12volt sockets in front console. 2 x 240volt sockets.
Bad Points Some surface rust here and there but nothing structural. Fresh Water pump fitted that serve the tap in the sink but disconnected by previous owner. Located under the driver's side of the van. Just needs reconnecting. Never used. No leisure battery but clamping terminals to run one independently in bottom locker. Never opened top windows in high top and suggest not to. Similarly, never used window nettings blinds but utilised curtains instead. Heated rear window not functioning although power reaching terminals. Breaks in element but never been a problem. Rear washer not functioning although wiper is fine. Blower fan temperamental. Generally, works on setting 2, but works on all if push the selector in.
