The layout is from opening the side door you enter the lounge & dining area from the electric step where you have a side sofa and forward facing single seat with three-point seatbelt fitted with two large side windows and two upper side windows & HEKI II wind-up sunroof floods the area with natural daylight. The passenger front seat swivels and there is a large & small dining table. This area at night can be made up into two single beds or a large double bed and there is plenty under seat storage and an overcab cabinet for storage also. Moving to the rear you have the kitchen which has a 3 gas burner hob with glass lid, gas grill & oven beneath, large stainless steel sink with draining board and glass lid and a mixer tap underneath you have a 3-way powered fridge with ice-box plus upper & lower cabinets to store all holiday provisions. The washroom has a shower tray, shower handset & curtain, the wash basin pulls down and has a mixer tap, Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush and the door extends to make a privacy room at the rear.
The upholstery & carpets are in good condition for its age. Heating is provided by the blown-air central heating and hot water is by the Truma boiler on gas or electric. Black-out blinds & fly-screens throughout.
