"My wife and I bought our first ever touring caravan last week. Paul Robertson from Motorhome Depot Shrewsbury and Mid-Wales helped us every step of the way. He was in regular communication throughout the process from start to finish. Following my initial expression of interest in a particular caravan, Paul sent us in excess of 40 photos showing every part of the caravan in detail. We then decided to arrange a viewing with Paul. The owners collected the caravan from their storage depot and we met with Paul at the owners home and viewed the caravan. Paul was incredibly helpful in explaining how everything works and answering all of our questions. We decided to purchase the caravan and the deposit payment was easily completed via online banking while we were there. A collection date was agreed and Paul met with us again to supervise and help us using the motor mover as well as fixing our towing mirrors and hitching up correctly. As this was the first time I had ever towed a caravan, Paul very kindly agreed to follow us home and supervise un-hitching and reversing the caravan on to our driveway.
