Here we have a lovely example of the Danbury Rio, built on a 2012 Volkswagen T2 Kombi with a 1390cc watercooled engine.
This particular example is presented in a beautiful white over sky blue with contrasting interior and benefits from a number of upgrades including a sunroof and heated front and rear screens which make it a useable modern camper while still maintaining the classic VW look.
The cab is a comfortable place to be with the bay windscreen giving great visibility, the controls are all easy to use.
In the rear of the vehicle we have the classic VW configuration with storage opposite the sliding door, this also houses a two burner hob with grill and a compressor fridge. The Rock N Roll bed can comfortably seat two and has two additional seat belts, it can also convert to a small double bed. The pop up roof provides ample standing room and can easily sleep two children with the provided bed boards making it a four berth.
