What a great campervan this Vauxhall Vivaro is, converted by Sussex Campervans in Horsham. The Vivaro is a Long Wheel Base version with a 2.0 TDI 113 BHP diesel engine & a 6 speed manual gearbox. The cab benefits from: electric windows; electric mirrors; air conditioning; power steering; single CD player with digital display. The vehicle has 6 belted seats so ideal as a family mover & weekend camper. The front layout is a single drivers seat and a double bench seat for passengers with 2 x 3 point seats. We enter the camper on the passenger side via a large sliding door, immediately opposite is a work surface incorporating a 2 burner gas hob and stainless sink with mixer tap. Below the surface is a Vitrifigo compressor fridge that runs on 12v, & a microwave oven. There is a rail for the dining table which has a foldable leg for stowing when not in use.
Behind the front seats is a benched area stretching across the van with some storage sections underneath.
The rear bench seat also has 3 seat belts, 2 x 3 point & 1 x lap belt. The main bed is a rock and roll style where the seat backrest releases forward to form the base & the cushions are arranged to make up the double mattress. There is storage under the bed.
The pop top is released from the front of the van & can be used without roof sections if there is just two people camping. It then makes a light airy space within the van or with the sections, it will then make another double berth. The tented sides have a front clear screen for light, and two side vents with mosquito netting.
Both the rear doors open outwards giving access to rear cupboards which incorporate the fresh water storage & gas locker. There are internal polar screens that fit to the interior of the front and side screens.
