This Toyota Hiace is a wonderful vehicle that can be used as both a campervan and an everyday runaround. This is a Devon conversion, a name that is well know for its high quality conversions in the earlier camper vans. This particular layout is a 2 berth which has too good sized single beds, an excellent kitchen area and even has a proper cassette toilet in the rear. It is absolutely perfect for days out, giving you the ideal space to have a relax, make yourself a refreshing drink, snack. Whilst this campervan is in good condition internally and structurally there are a number of cosmetic scratches and marks on the paintwork which can be taken into consideration with the price.
The Toyota has a 2.5 litre engine with a 5 speed manual gearbox. It will benefit from a recent service and has a long MOT with no advisories.
The camper van has a great layout with the front giving you a comfortable place for up to 4 people to sit. The front two seats rotate around and there are two further front facing seats. There is also a table stored at the rear that can be put up in the centre should you want somewhere to put drinks or snacks. Moving to the rear the camper has an excellent kitchen area featuring a hob with two gas burners, a cold water sink and good sized fridge with ice compartment. The camper has an easy to open Pop up roof which will give you plenty of space inside.
Sleeping in the Devon is actually extremely comfortable - making two single beds by laying the fronts seats flat and connecting to the rear seats. It provides a comfortable place to put your head down should you wish to stay overnight. As mentioned the camper van also comes with its own built in, discrete cassette toilet so no need to worry about hunting for somewhere to have a comfort break.
The camper van is presented in good condition internal and has had a recent habitation check to ensure everything working well.
