This Stunning Black Edition version of Swifts ever popular Kon-Tiki 649 model, really is a fantastic family motorhome having 6 berths and 6 travelling seats. Based on a Fiat chassis with a 2.3 TDI 150 BHP engine & a 6 speed manual gearbox, first registered on 01/05/2015 and having had only 1 owner from new and covered 9174 miles. All the service history has been with the local Spitfire Garage and last Habitation Certificate 21/03/2018.
We enter the motorhome via an electric step immediately to the left is the dinette which consists of 2 fore and aft facing double seats with 4 x 3 point seat belts and a fixed table. On the opposing side is a double sofa with TV point. This area makes up into a large double bed by dropping the table down and using a combination of sofa cushions and infills.
To the right is the Kitchen area which comprises of a large work surface with a round white enamel style sink and chrome mixer tap. The fridge freezer is under the counter and is a Dometic 3 way absorber unit that can be powered by; 240v,12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping. There is a full oven and grill with a dual fuel hob comprising of a 240v hot plate and 3 gas burners. Overhead there is plenty of locker space and a microwave.
Opposite the kitchen is a large bathroom which has a Thetford fresh water flush toilet, built in wash hand basin with chrome mixer tap and vanity unit. The shower separates from this area completely with the use of perspex doors.
To the rear is the huge lounge which is made up of a U shaped sofa arrangement with a TV Point. The table stows away when travelling in the wardrobe and there is ample storage above and below.
The cab benefits from Electric front windows and central locking the front and side windows have remis blinds. There is a dual camera rear view screen in place of the rear mirror. The head unit is a CD Radio unit that also incorporates Bluetooth connectivity for your phones. Over head there is a drop down section in the roof that makes up in to the 3rd bedroom area being a king size double bed when not travelling.
The Heating & Hot water is supplied by an Alde system, which is a wet system with radiators like your central heating at home, ideal for all year round camping.
To the exterior near side there is access for two under seat lockers, Fresh water fill point, outside BBQ point. Near Side a large gas locker that will take 2 x 11KG Bottles, outside shower point, toilette cassette, electric hook up & under floor sliding drawer storage.
This vehicle can only be driven on a C1 licence.
