SWIFT ESCAPE 624, 2013 model, 4 Berth with 4 Travelling Seats all
with 3-Point Seatbelts. On a Fiat 2.3 TDI, first registered on 4th March

provided and the MOT runs through to 9th June 2024 with No Advisories, mechanical
service on 10th May 2023.
Full habitation service
carried out by HABCHECK on 8th February 2023, no damp found and
everything working as it should. The full certification will come with the
campervan.
Using the electric step to enter, on your right you have the end
kitchen, a round sink with chrome mixer tap, plastic chopping board and
draining board. A three gas burner hob with glass lid, gas grill and oven
beneath, Dometic 3-way powered fridge with freezer box that works on 12v, 240v
and gas. Behind is additional counter space, there are plenty of storage
cupboards to store-away all your holiday provisions.
The lounge and dining area has rear facing seats for two and
forward facing seats for two with 3-point seatbelts, a large dining table, there
is a side sofa, windows each side and an opening sunroof. This area converts to
large double bed in the evening, the side sofa could potentially be used as a
fifth berth.
Above the cab is a large double bed that is raised during the
day to give extra headroom in the cab, at night it pulls own on gas struts and
has an aluminium access ladder. There is a side window, privacy curtains and
reading light.
The washroom has a shower tray, a separate tap to operate the
shower handset, shower curtain and a rising rail. A built-in washbasin with
chrome mixer tap, mirror above and cabinet below. A Thetford cassette
swivelling toilet with electric flush and opening opaque window.
A good sized wardrobe with hanging rail, the extendable TV
aerial is located here, beneath is the Truma gas fire.
Truma boiler for hot water by gas or electric, Truma gas fire
for blown-air central heating that also works from 240v. Loose fit carpets,
black out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door. Brand new water pump fitted 2023.
The cab has Air Conditioning, a Multi-Media unit with CD player,
6 speed gearbox, electric windows, mirrors, remote central locking, a built-in Remis windscreen
blind and silver screens for the side windows. The reversing camera monitor is mounted
on the mirror and a Van Bitz STRIKEBACK alarm system is fitted.
Outside you have a tow bar with electrics, underneath is a refillable
LPG gas tank, gas BBQ point, Fiamma wind-out sun canopy, Fiamma bike rack, TV aerial, 100w
solar panel, plus storage lockers. 4 new camper tyres fitted May 2021.
