Layout
& Features
The
lounge/dining area is great for relaxing and entertaining with two double sofas
and two swivelling Captain’s seats around a large table allowing room for up to
six to dine in comfort.
The kitchen
is very well equipped and includes a three-burner gas hob and an electric
plate, large oven and separate grill, microwave, large 3-way fridge/freezer, stainless-steel
sink with mixer-tap, good preparation space and plenty of storage cupboards
above and below.
Towards
the rear is the bedroom with two fixed single beds, good storage space below
each bed, two small wardrobes and a range of over-head lockers. There is a TV
point and bracket ready for a TV. At the rear is the lovely full width washroom
featuring an enclosed shower unit, Thetford cassette toilet, sink with
mixer-tap and under-sink storage, vanity mirror, chrome radiator and a large
storage cupboard. Heating and hot water is provided by the excellent Alde
central heating system and there is a remote-control air-conditioning unit.
Externally there is a Thule wind-out awning, tow bar and solar panel. Based on
the excellent Fiat Ducato 2287cc engine with auto/semi-auto gearbox, cruise
control, air-conditioning, reversing/rear-view camera, alloy wheels. There is a
new MOT, habitation check to August 22 and April 2022 service in place.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
