This particular van has been well looked after in its 3 years of use and has had a host of additions and enhancements fitted which are all included in the sale price.
Stepping inside, you are greeted to your left by a well-equipped central kitchen area, with adequate worktop space. It features a stainless-steel sink with sink-top cover, oven, grill, 3 burner gas hob, along with ample storage space for all your essentials. The current owner has also fitted a very useful drawer unit in the locker beneath the hob and this is easily locked into place on journeys. This is ideal for tinned foods. There is also a large, 3 way tall fridge and separate freezer to the side.
As you head toward the rear of the vehicle, on the right you have a washroom with handbasin, a sizeable toiletry storage cupboard and electric flush toilet. Then by releasing a simple catch the sink area swings away neatly over the toilet to provide a good-sized shower cubicle which really is a clever use of the space in this under 7m van.
To the rear you have a large bedroom area above the garage accessed by steps to twin beds with comfortable mattresses. These can easily be converted into a very large double bed with the included infill cushion and slide out under support. Above each bed is an additional 12v power socket. There is also ample locker storage above and below the beds. The current owner has also fitted an additional shelf to one of the lockers to add more storage space.
As you walk back towards the front of the van you have a nicely appointed lounge/ dining area, big enough to entertain guests should you wish, or you could just get comfortable in the evenings with a glass of wine and enjoy the television which can also be swung around to provide TV to the bedroom in the rear of the van.
The current owner has tastefully added an additional seating area behind the passenger seat with storage. This can be easily removed if not required. As standard there are two belted seats facing forward adjacent to this with skylight above and window habitation window. At the very front there are swivelling driver and passenger seats to make a 5 seat lounge/diner with a fully adjustable table. The current owners have fitted 2 x lithium ion batteries under the driver’s seat that are married to a Pure sinewave inverter giving 2000w power with a maximum draw of 4000w and 2 x 175w roof mounted solar panels with bluetooth app monitoring from your mobile phone. This gives the ability to use this van for extended duration off grid at festivals or when wild camping and to even use things like induction hobs, microwave, hair driers and more.
Also provided is a roof mounted 5g antennae with the appropriate cable allowing connection to a MiFi system giving you broadband on the go when with the van.
Externally, the large rear garage is accessed from the off side and features lighting, Fiamma van racking at the far end with plenty of cubby holes for storage of your camping bits.
The floor has protective rubber matting with full length locking rails including tie down eyelets. Lastly, the van benefits from Truma blown air heating and hot water. This particular system is iNet ready.
