ROLLER TEAM GRANDUCA 171, 2003, 6 Berth and with 6 Seatbelts. On a Fiat Ducato 2.8 TDI with 5 speed manual gearbox, first registered on 11th February 2003, just 29,864 miles and an MOT that runs through to 28th October 2019. Cam Belt and service carried out in October 2018. There are a few small issues with the vehicle that are listed further below.
Enter using the double electric step and you have the kitchen in front of you, with a round stainless steel sink with mixer tap, a four gas burner hob with glass lid, a gas grill and oven beneath, a three-way powered fridge with freezer box plus plenty of cupboards to store away your holiday provisions.
Opposite the kitchen is large counter top area, with cupboards beneath, a drinks cabinet above plus a TV cabinet with concertina door to hide it away when not in use.
The rear washroom is large and has a separate shower area with shower curtain, washbasin with mixer tap and a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush plus storage cabinets.
The centre dinette and lounge area has forward and rearward facing seats, all with seatbelts so six travelling seats in total and there is a large dining table attached to the wall, this converts to a large double bed in the evening.
There is a long side sofa that easily converts to a single bed, plus mounted above is the 6th berth in a fold down bunk cleverly disguised as storage cabinets.
The over cab bed is large and spacious with an aluminium ladder to access it, two windows for natural daylight, reading light and privacy curtains.
There is a wardrobe located at the rear plus plenty of aircraft style storage lockers and under seat storage available.
Truma blown-air central heating and hot water heating, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the two roof vents.
The cab has a CD Tuner, 5 speed manual gearbox, electric windows, mirrors and central locking.
Outside you have a Fiamma wind-out sun canopy, Fiamma four bike cycle rack, roof mounted TV aerial, storage locker that accesses the under-sofa storage space, gas locker with bottle provided, brand new rear tyres and front tyres in good condition. Mains hook-up lead and levelling ramps also included.
GVW is 3500Kg, so this motorhome can be driven by anyone of any age with a full UK driving licence.

The vehicle is without a service history as the book has been lost, however, the cam belt and water pump has just been changed, a full service carried out with a new sump fitted. The Fiamma awning requires a new leg and could do with a service and a clean. There is a reversing camera and monitor that isn't currently working but could be removed completely. The rear mounted ladder is missing the fold-up bottom section. The near side locker is fully operational but does require new lock barrels. The near side bottom mirror needs replacing, there is one supplied in the motorhome.
The vehicle has been priced to sell and will come with a 6 month MB&G comprehensive motorhome warranty.
