This owners of this highly desirable A Class Rapido have spared no expense in adding some fantastic extras to this motorhome to ensure that every journey is a real pleasure from beginning to end. With 4 berths and 4 seat belts it's the perfect motorhome for either a family of four or for a couple wanting some extra room plus the luxury of a rear fixed bed and automatic transmission. Weighing in at 3500 kg means that she can be driven on a standard UK driving licence by anyone.
This motorhome provides luxury accommodation and it has been priced extremely competitively for a quick sale. It is built on the exceptional Mercedes chassis and is powered by the acclaimed 2.7 litre engine so you won't lack power when climbing hills or cruising on motorways. As with all Rapido motorhomes the solid build quality really stands out.
One of the real joys of a motorhome holiday is wild camping and this motorhome has everything you need to go travelling for weeks on end without the need to stop at campsites. It has an on board generator as well as a solar panel so you will have no problems keeping your leisure battery fully charged. If you fancy going abroad to follow the sun this motorhome has the luxury feature of habitation air conditioning to keep the whole of your motorhome cold as well as cab air conditioning to keep the driver and front passenger feeling refreshed. The driver will also enjoy the superb automatic gearbox which makes driving this motorhome incredibly easy, the reversing camera and the top of the range GPS Garmin satnav to navigate you safely to anywhere you want to go.
At the rear you have a fixed French double bed which means that you don't have the hassle of making up and putting away a bed each day and underneath it is a large storage area. The rear bed measures approximately 74 x 53 inches and the other two berths are courtesy of the large overcab bed which measures approximately 75 x 51 inches. Next to the rear bed is the lovely bathroom which features a separate shower, a cassette toilet, a wash basin with mixer tap, lots of cupboard space and a large mirror as well as a bathroom window and a skylight above the shower.
If you enjoy cooking on your travels you are well catered for as this motorhome has a 3 gas burner hob, a Smev gas oven and grill, a large Electrolux 3 way fridge freezer, a sink with mixer tap, a generous work top area and lots of cupboard and drawer space. Across on the other side is the dinette which has a large dining table which is perfect to enjoy meals or play games, and as both front seats are Captain chairs 4 people can dine in real comfort. Above the dinette is a large skylight which throws in loads of natural light which makes this a lovely spot to relax with a glass or two of the falling over juice. If you fancy watching TV simply slide out the bracket and let the self seeking satellite do it's thing.
As well as the host of exceptional features already mentioned, this motorhome has a wind out awning to allow you to enjoy the outdoor life, a 2 cycle bike rack, a roof ladder, an electric step a radio cd player and more. The owner also has a blow up awning that they are prepared to sell separately. There have been no advisories on the MOT since 2008 which is very impressive.
