metres so it can be parked nicely on most driveways.
Stepping inside the van is quite modern looking for its 20 years of age, with Beige upholstery and wooden furnishings. You will find a large dinette space for seating 4 with two forward facing travelling seats. This space converts into the first of the 2 beds, by dropping down the table and popping in the cushions. Across from the dinette you will find the well-equipped kitchen, with a sink
with mixer tap, 3 x gas burner hob and a oven/grill. Above the cab there has
been a microwave added to the van, which is included in the sale.
To the rear of the van, there is a large fixed French bed,
with accessible storage underneath, you can access this space from inside and
outside of the vehicle through the locker door at the rear. With further
cupboards all around the top of the van, it is not short on storage.
The washroom is opposite the bed, with large separate shower,
vanity style wash basin and electric flush toilet. There are cupboards for
storage around the washroom and a large mirror above the wash basin.
There is a comprehensive file of service history for the
van, having last been serviced in July 2022 and receiving a Habitation check in
June 2021. The MOT is valid until July 2023, however the owner would be happy
to have a fresh 12 month MOT if requested and upon confirmation of sale.
