From one of Germanys finest motorhomes builders Niesmann & Bischoff the Arto 88 EK the Compact Liner. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 litre Multijet diesel engine giving 180 BHP with the comfortmatic 6 speed automatic gearbox. With only 2 owners from new this vehicle has only covered 7070 miles and just been serviced by Adams Morey in Portsmouth. The cab benefits from: Wide Track front axle with comfort springs; power steering; electric & heated mirrors; cruise control; Zenec Multi Media system including; navigation; Bluetooth streaming and phone, Dab radio, reverse camera screen; blinds and manual sliding windows to side windows; electric front screen roller blind.
We enter the motorhome on the drivers side immediately to the right of the habitation door is a small two seater sofa, opposite is the dinette with an L shaped sofa, the forward facing seats have 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal seats belts for travelling passengers. There is a central table that has an extendible leaf in the middle. The front two seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 7 around the table while entertaining on site. There is a TV point to the left of the habitation door.
The second double bed manually drops down from above the Cab giving a large kings sized area that is accessed by hopping up on the sofa.
Moving rear is the larger kitchen option with a mineral work surface with integral sink & drainer & chrome mixer tap. There is Thetford 3 burner gas hob in a high gloss black finish with extractor above. Opposite is a Tec tower, oven and grill above a large Dometic absorber fridge with separate freezer box, this can be powered automatically on 240v;12v or gas depending if you are wild camping or plugged in on site. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space above and below for all your holiday provisions.
Moving rear again is the large premium bathroom that can be split front and rear giving a large private space for dressing. The toilet on the passenger side can be shut off separately and contains a Thetford fresh water flush cassette style toilet with ceramic insert.
On the opposite side is the mineral sink unit with chrome mixer tap and next to it a full sized shower cubicle with Perspex doors to close. There is also a hanging wardrobe next to the toilet.
Finally to the rear is the main bedroom which is a twin singles layout with central infill. There is a TV point at the foot of the bed and clothes storage at the foot of each bed. The bed is accessed by two fixed steps that also have storage below the step.
Heating and hot water is supplied by Alde heating system which is a wet system like your home central heating. This accompanied by twin floor construction gives excellent thermal qualities in cold conditions.
