For sale we have this 2007, Laika Ecovip Rexosline 680, right-hand drive, 4-berth, 4-seatbelts, over-cab drop-down bed A-class motorhome. With 20,533 miles and the same owners from new, this motorhome is in lovely condition both internally and externally.
Based on the 3.0 litre (150hp) Fiat Ducato with 6-speed gearbox complete with cruise-control, cab air-conditioning, reversing / rear-view camera and importantly access / egress from either side of the cab. There are Seitz integrated blinds fitted to the cab windows and a nice touch is the habitation lounge heating that runs off the main cab heating system that will keep the rear passengers’ cosy whilst on the move.
As you step into the habitation area using the fold-away electric double step, the lounge / dining area is to the front and consists of a large L-shaped sofa with a longitudinal settee opposite and a large dining table that slides to allow easy access around the table. The table is used as the base for the lower double bed when required. Both the front Captain’s chairs swivel into the area allowing for 8-10 people to dine in comfort. This area really is a fantastic, large, comfortable area for relaxing or watching the slide-out TV that is connected to the Oyster self-seeking roof-mounted satellite system. Above the cab you will find the large drop-down double bed that is accessed using a short ladder or you could use the seats below on either side of the bed as a step up instead.
At the rear you will find the L-shaped kitchen area that has a 4-burner gas hob, grill, oven, extractor fan, stainless-steel sink with mixer tap, 3-way fridge with separate freezer compartment and plenty of work-tops and storage cupboards. Opposite is the washroom complete with Thetford cassette toiler with electric flush, large hand-basin with mixer tap, separate shower cubicle and again lots of storage options. This motorhome is well insulated thus allowing year-round use and the Truma Combi dual-fuel, blown air system heating system will keep you cosy at all times with hot water supplied by the Truma dual-fuel boiler.
Externally, you will find a large garage complete with heating, lights, 240V sockets, scooter ramp and access from both sides of the van. The offside door is larger and hinges from the top giving you shelter from the rain / sun whilst using the garage. There is also a full width side locker that will take all your skiing, snowboarding, or fishing equipment. At present it holds the Fiamma zip awning enclosure that can be used with the wind-out Fiamma awning fitted above the habitation door. Also fitted is a towbar with electrics, external BBQ point c/w Cadac BBQ, external shower and a Gaslow refillable gas bottle. There is a Cobra alarm fitted to the cab and habitation doors and all the external lockers.
Note - At present his motorhome has a gross weight of 3850kgs thus will require a C1 licence to drive it. It can be downplated to 3500kg if required and therefore could be driven by anyone with a full driving licence after receiving the new V5 from the DVLA showing the max gross weight of 3500kg.
