This popular rear Island bed model is cleverly designed so that the bed can be raised and lowered to increase the area in the rear garage while travelling. The room has on Suite facilities to the Toilet & separate shower areas. The toilet is a Thetford fresh water flush with a swivel top & has a built in sink with chrome mixer tap, it is well appointed with matching Tooth brush holder, Soap dispenser and towel rail, again a clever design allows for the bedroom to be sectioned off from the front with separate doors to the toilet from either side, ideal if you have guests staying.
On the opposing side is a generous shower area with perspex partition doors wooden floor section and a canny seat. There are wardrobes to either side of the bed, overhead lockers and individual reading lights below. The room is well lit by windows either side and a Heki, if you wish to watch a TV or DVD in bed then there is an Avtex TV at the opposite end.
Moving forward the kitchen area has a 3 burner gas hob with cupboards below a clever worktop extension, opposite a large Dometic fully automatic absorber fridge, this has 3 power sources, 240v, 12v, or gas and can switch automatically depending on whether you are plugged in on site, travelling or wild camping. Above the Fridge is a good sized oven.
In front of this area is the large L Shaped dinette, the front seats swivel to join this area and there is another good sized sofa to the right of the habitation door. The table can be easily positioned to accommodate 6 people around it and there is an additional avtex TV point for your comfort of viewing. The forward facing part of the sofa has 2 x 3 point seat belts and part of the side seat collapses to make the inside passengers leg room.
The Cab benefits from Climate control Air Conditioning, a multi media head unit including Navigation software & bluetooth, Electric Front windows & Central locking, Cruise control, reversing camera & there are Remis Front & Side Blinds.
All the windows and doors have fly screens and blinds built in.The Heating and Hot water is supplied by a Truma Boiler with blown air and powered by gas or electric.
To the exterior there is access to the rear garage from both sides, lockers for the 2 gas bottles, Toilet cassette also points for BBQ and outside shower. A large Awning on the drivers side covers from the Habitation door to the rear or the garage door.
This vehicle can only be driven on a C1 licence, if you took your test before 1997 then you should have this on your licence automatically, although if you are over 70 you would need to have had your licence renewed to have kept it.
