This is a Left hand drive 2002 Laika EcoVip 400 - which is a 4
berth motorhome with 4 travelling seat belts - which includes one lap. The
motorhome has a great spacious layout and would be an ideal van for a single
person or couple looking to spend time away. This motorhome does have a few age
related marks and some areas would need attention
but would be an ideal motorhome to enjoy immediately or as a project. The
current owner is living overseas so the motorhome would be presented as
is.
The motorhome is built on the Ford Iveco chassis and has a
powerful 2800cc engine with 6 speed manual gear box. The current owner has
recent work carried out the motorhome which includes 4 new tyres and timing
belt in 2022.
The EcoVip has a really good layout with a spacious living area
at the front. It has an L-shaped sofa, a second side sofa and the two front
seats that swivel around. At the very front is a pull down bed - the mattress is missing- so would need to
buy one if you are looking to use this area to sleep in. A further double bed
can be made out of the lounge sofas. Moving back the motorhome has a great
kitchen area - including oven, grill, sink, large fridge with separate freezer
and sink with mixer tap. The fridge freezer works well on electric hook up but
not tested on gas. The motorhome has a good sized washroom toilet, sink and
separate shower. The sink has been repaired so can be used as is but once again
could do with some attention.
In summary this is a really nice motorhome but could definitely
do with some attention. It has been priced accordingly. If you are looking for
a good affordable motorhome this would be ideal. There is definitely some
attention needed but it is ready to use now and would be perfect for someone
who is practical looking to spend time away.
