Knaus is one of Germanies most respected motorhome manufacturers & the Sky Ti 700 MX is a great example of its work. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3L 150 bhp multijet diesel engine. Comformatic 6 speed automatic gearbox, it has had one owner from new & covered only 10,876 miles, it comes with an immaculate service history having had all its wok carried out by Southdowns in Portsmouth last service & Hab check 07/20 it is booked for both on the 14/07/21. We enter the motorhome on the drivers side immediately into the dinette which consists of; L Shaped sofa with 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal seat belts; side sofa; telescopic table; pull up tv point with flat screen Avtex tv. The front two seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 6 people if entertaining on site. The table drops down to make an occasional 1/2 person bunk with the use of an infill cushion.
Moving rear the L shaped kitchen consists of: round sink with chrome mixer tap; 3 gas burner hob with hinged glass top; there is plenty of drawer & cupboard space above and below the counter for all your holiday provisions. Opposite is a Tec tower; a large 3 way fridge with separate freezer box that can be powered by 240v; 12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping. The oven and grill is situated on top.
The bathroom is split with the toilet washroom on one side and a separate shower cubicle on the other. The door can close of the habitation area giving a private area to get dressed or close off the toilet area. This has a canny design that the wall can be extended to give extra space. The toilet is a Dometic cassette style with a swivel head and fresh water flush. Above is a built in sink with chrome mixer tap. The area gives a feeling of space with plenty of mirrors there is also plenty of cupboard space.
Finally to the rear is the large bedroom with reclining Island bed, half sized hanging wardrobes either side and storage at the foot of the bed. There is a TV point at the foot of the bed, the TV is not included in the sale.
