3500kg motorhome, based on a Fiat Ducato chassis. This sub 6 metre Hymer has just
over 24,000 miles on the clock and has an excellent MOT history.
The 4 berth,
4 seat belted Exsis has a double transverse bed at the rear and a drop-down bed
above the cab. The washroom is centrally located and consists of a swivel
Thetford toilet, a drop-down sink, and a mixer shower. Also occupying the centre
of the motorhome is a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, a
3-ring gas hob with an electric hot-plate, an extractor, a separate oven and
grill and a single oblong stainless-steel sink.
Moving into
the lounge area, we have L-shaped seating with a fixed adjustable table and two
swivel chairs, providing comfortable seating for four people. An Avtex TV/DVD
player is available on a sliding vertical rail, deployed from its own cabinet.
Blinds and fly screens have been fitted throughout the Exsis, including the cab
windscreen and side windows.

features include Trauma iNet heating and hot water, a motorized satellite
system, cab air-con, cruise control, a reversing camera, a Thule awning, and a large garage,
which will include two rail mounted battery Quartz bicycles in the sale.
