With two fixed rear single beds and a drop down double bed over the cab area it provides comfortable accommodation for four if required or provides luxury long distance touring for two. Both interior and exterior are in superb condition. The front seats are in the same cream uphostry as the seats in the dining area. Both seats swivel to face the dining table which can be moved in 4 directions to your preference. There is also a drop down seat so 5 or 6 people can socialise around the table. The two forward facing seats have the 3-point seat belts. Staying in the front of the vehicle the drop down bed moves easily into position. It is accesed via a ladder and has two reading lamps. It is secured by a seat belt type strap when not in use. For privacy when sleeping the front screen has pleated blinds, on the side windows we have matching curtains all of which snap together easily with magnetic fixings. The Dometic Habitation Air Conditioning Unit is fitted between the roof between the lounge and the kitchen. This unit was fitted by the Main Dealer at a cost to the current owner of over £3000. He also has the Satelite TV System fitted at a cost ove over £2000. There are loose fit carpets for the cabin area, all in good condtion. The TV mounting bracket is in place, facing the front seats ready for your TV. All habitation windows have flyscreen roller blinds as well as window roller blinds. In the kitchen we have a 3 ring gas hob and sink with mixer tap. Both have glass lift up lids to give workspace when required, there's also an lift up worktop extension. Below this hob and sink is a dedicated cutlery drawer and two huge pull out drawers big enough for pans etc then there are good size lockers above. Further food preparation equipment is the eye level grill below which is the very large separate fridge and freezer units. Across from the kitchen is the washroom. In the washroom we have a separate shower with foding doors to keep splashes from the rest of the room. We have a bench style toilet and fixed wash basin in a modern style. Storage is plentiful above and below the sink. An illuminated vanity mirror and large rooflight give a feeling of space and light. Heating and hot water are provided by a Truma Combi boiler. Moving towards the main sleeping area we have the luxury of two fixed single beds. The steps up are not too big and provide yet more storage. If a double bed is preferred then simply pop into place the fill in panel and cushion. At the end of the right hand bed is a clothes hanging space acessed by a cupboard door or lift up section of mattress and cupboard. A tall but slim wardrobe give more hanging space. Around the bed more storage is found in the upper cupboards then books, glasses can fit on the shelf at the headboard end of the bed where there is a reading lamp on each side. Above the sleeping area is a huge Skylight, much longer than the standard one. This Skylight light also has a flyscreen and roller blind and lifts up if you want fresh air.

In the cab we have air conditioning, cruise control, electric door mirrors, map lights, drivers and passengers airbags. The Snooper entertainment unit, CD Radio, MP3, DVD player also has the Satelite Navigation system built in and is the screen for the reversing camera.
