Glasgow are delighted to bring to the market this 1996 Hymer Champ Left Hand
Drive Motorhome.
This Hymer when
launched was one of the first motorhomes to be classed and known as a
"micro motorhome" as its length is under 6 metres (5.8 metres) while
although shorter in length against most other motorhomes it has everything that
a couple or a small family would need when travelling up and down the country
or in Europe and it’s easy to park, drive and it’s also gets cheaper fares
while travelling on and off the ferries because of its shorter length.
It’s in a great
condition for its age, no corrosion on the chassis or cab, (although that is
what you would expect from a German Hymer motorhome) and its fitted with Propex
gas and electric heating and a Truma hot water boiler and the seating area all
been wonderfully reupholstered.
The layout is as
you enter to the rear habitation stable style door you have fantastic storage
space with multiple cupboards / lockers and across you have your very spacious
washroom which features a toilet cassette, sink and shower.
Moving towards the
front on the vehicle you have your kitchen area which includes a sink, 3 burner
gas hob, 3 way fridge with small freezer compartment and yet more storage
space.
Adjacent to this
you have your main living area with a 4 seater dinette that comes with the
additional seatbelt therefore allowing for 3 people to travel in total and
finally you have your large overcab bed.
Included in the
sale is a full external winter cover (still in box), reversing camera and the
motorhome has a fitted tow bar and wind out awning.
Please remember it’s
a 1996 model showing its age in places but looking and going exceptionally well
and it only weighs 3200 kg so it can be driven by anyone with a standard UK
driving licence.
