GEIST PHANTOM RG, 2006, 4 Berth with 4 Travelling Seats and Seatbelts. On a Mercedes Sprinter 2.7 TDI with sought after and rare AUTOMATIC GEARBOX, a delight to drive and plenty of power. A large rear garage can store bicycles, scooter or a motorbike up to 150KG's, plus a tow bar with electrics.

Only 47122 miles and an MOT that runs through to November 2020 with no advisories, the engine is chain driven so no cam belt to worry about and alloy wheels with four good tyres. Using the electric step to enter, you have the lounge and dining area on your right, with two forward facing seats, both with 3-point seatbelts, a large dining table and a side sofa on the off-side. This area makes up into a large double bed in the evening. Both front seats swivel to face the habitation area, a sunroof and side windows provide plenty of natural daylight.
The kitchen has a round stainless steel sink with pop-up mixer tap and a smoked glass lid, a stainless steel hob with three gas burners and glass lid, two built-in flush waste bins, a gas oven and grill beneath, plus a Dometic three-way powered fridge with freezer box. Plenty of cupboards and cabinets to store away your holiday provisions.
A good sized washroom that has a separate shower cubicle with folding perspex doors, a large washbasin with mixer tap, a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush and a lockable medicine cabinet.
A feature is the transverse double bed that can accommodate the tallest of adults, accessed via fixed wooden steps, with lighting and privacy curtains.
A tall wardrobe with hanging rail, upper aircraft style lockers in the lounge with under seat storage available.
Truma combi-boiler supply blown-air central heating and hot water, loose fit carpets over wood effect flooring, black-out blinds and flynets throughout including the main door.
The cab has an automatic gearbox, air conditioning, two swivelling seats, a radio cassette with CD changer, electric windows, mirrors and central locking with a remote key/fob.
Outside you have a roof mounted solar panel and TV aerial, an Omnistor sun canopy, tow bar with electrics, gas locker with one bottle provided but room for two, other storage lockers, alloy wheel with good tyres and tread.
The main feature of the motorhome is the large rear garage, which is big enough to accept several bicycles, scooters or a motorbike, there are large opening doors on the near-side and the off-side, plus lighting. Approximate door openings are 86cm wide, 118cm high, 138cm diagonal. The width of the floor from side to side is 218cm and height inside is 121cm. Max load in the garage is 150Kg.

The gross vehicle weight could be reduced to 3500Kg, making it available to be driven by anyone of any age with a normal full UK driving licence. SV Tech can quite easily reduce the GVW to 3500Kg and you'd still have 490Kg payload available, it's a relatively simple exercise and costs around £250 plus VAT.
