The Dethleffs Globetrotter Esprit is a fantastic left hand drive classic A Class built with all the quality you expect from a Dethleffs of this era. This one is the very rare 13850 version and is presented in lovely condition both inside and out for its age. There are some age related marks on the motorhome but it is overall a wonderful 5 berth motorhome with 4 travelling seat belts that would be an absolute joy to own.
The Globetrotter is built on the Fiat Ducato Chassis and this motorhome has a 2800cc engine with 5 speed manual gearbox giving you all the power you need to get around.
The habitation area of this motorhome is a genuinely lovely space to spend time in, spacious, bright, clean with a modern stylish design that is rarely found in motorhomes. On entering the rear of the motorhome you immediately notice the great layout. The living area has a long sofa running down the side of the motorhome and there is a dinette table opposite with two double seats. If this is not enough the passenger seat swivels to create a further seat.
At the rear you have a well equipped kitchen area which includes oven, gas hob with three gas burners, 3-way fridge with ice compartment and sink with mixer tap.
Sleeping in this motorhome is also extremely comfortable. Above the front seats is a large pull down double bed, this comes down nice a low making access much easier. The long sofa makes up a wonderful 6' 2" single, with the central dinette creating a further double. There is as a good sized washroom which includes Thetford flush cassette toilet, sink and wet room shower with curtain to keep you nice and fresh.
In summary this is a fantastic motorhome which is in lovely condition and would be an absolute delight to own. It is stylish, bright, spacious and clean and offers a wonderful living space for a couple or family looking to spend time away.
