A superb example of this quality German motorhome builder the Dethleffs Esprit RT 6844. Based on the Renault Master chassis with the 2.5 TDCI engine in the 120 BHP form. It has had only 2 owners from new and covered only 31,239 miles. The current owner has had it since 09/09 and it comes with one of the most comprehensive service histories I have seen for a vehicle of this age which includes 10 stamps in the service book from Premier motorhomes in Chichester. Last service 05/21 plus new discs and pads all round 06/21; Last Habitation check 06/21. The Cab benefits from: Air Conditioning; Electric windows; Central locking; Electric mirrors; Pioneer CD/Radio player; reversing camera; Remis blinds to front and side screen.

We enter on the drivers side immediately opposite is the half dinette comprising a fixed table and two forward facing seats with 2 x 3 point lap and diagonal seat belts for travelling passengers and a small sofa by the habitation door. The front two seats can rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 6 round the table while entertaining on site. There is also an extension leaf for the table below. At night the table drops down to make up the second double bed, the mattress is made up using a combination of the sofa cushions.

Moving rear is the L shaped kitchen which comprises of: Stainless sink with chrome mixer tap; stainless steel 3 burner gas hob; under the counter an oven and hob; above is a 12v extractor fan. Opposite the kitchen is a large Dometic 3 way absorber fridge with separate freezer box, this is fully automatic and can be powered by: 240v; 12v or gas depending if you are plugged in on site or wild camping. Above the fridge is a tambor door cupboard that houses a flip down Avtex TV that can be rotated to watch either in the Lounge or if viewing in the rear bed.

Moving rear again is a large hanging wardrobe incorporating the Aerial and signal booster box.

Finally the main bedroom which is a French bed on the drivers side with the bathroom next to it. The bed lifts up to reveal the storage underneath.

The bathroom is spacious and consists of a cassette style Thetford fresh water flush toilet with a swivel head. A stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap. A seperate shower cubicle that has Perspex doors to close.

Heating and hot water are supplied by Truma blown air combination boiler that can be powered by Gas or electricity.

Dimensions: GVW 3900 kg; Length 7.05m; Width 2.30m; Height 2.64m. The vehicle has been weighed recently with 3360kg which would leave approximately 540kg payload. A C1 licence would be required to drive this vehicle.
