- This is a left-hand drive Chuasson Welcome 4, 2002 (52 Plate) model and on a reliable Fiat Ducato with a 2.8 TDI engine and 5 speed gearbox, the van has covered 95,486 miles and runs like clockwork, so perfect for touring in Europe. There is some paperwork with the van, it was last serviced in May 2021, MOT to July. First registered on 28^th October 2002 and the first UK registration is 3^rd May 2006, this campervan has had just two owners from new, the V5 is present and it is HPI clear. Please note, the speedo and milometer are in Kilometers.

- This motorhome has had a full habitation service in March 2022, everything working and no damp found. The full certification will come with the campervan.

- Step inside and the kitchen / galley is to your right, with a brand new Dometic combination gas hob and sink unit, with mixer tap and black glass lids. An Electrolux 3-way powered fridge with freezer box, plus a gas oven. Upper cabinet and lower cupboards provide plenty of space for holiday provisions.

- The over-cab bed is one of the biggest in the industry, with an aluminium ladder to access it, a side window, roof light, lighting and privacy curtains.

- The dining and lounge area has two rear facing seats, plus two forward facing seats that have 3-point seatbelts. A large dining table is provided, that then drops down to make-up a large double bed in the evening. There are upper aircraft style storage lockers and storage available under the rear facing seats.

- There are rear side fixed bunk beds, the top one accessed by a fixed wooden ladder, they have reading lights and privacy curtains.

- The washroom has a separate shower cubicle, a wash-basin that is awaiting a repair, with chrome mixer tap and cupboard beneath, plus a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush.

- There is a Truma gas fire with blown-air central heating and hot water heating, a large wardrobe above the fire, plus black-out blinds and fly-screens to the windows. A brand new SHURFLO Trail King water pump has been fitted.

- The cab has a Kenwood CD Tuner with Aux-In for an iPod, electric windows, central locking, and a privacy curtain.

- Outside you have a roof mounted TV aerial, Solar Panel, rear ladder, wind-out sun canopy, bike rack, gas locker with supplied propane bottle and a brand new gas regulator fitted, a tow bar with electrics, plus a spare wheel located underneath the van.

- The very large rear side door opens to reveal storage under the bunk bed, however, the bottom bunk raises to give you a very large garage style storage area, big enough for bikes whilst travelling. There is a brand new battery box and leisure battery fitted into the floor.

- GVW is 3200Kg, this means that anyone of any age can drive this motorhome on a full UK driving licence.

- Dimensions to follow, but approximately 5.64m in length and 2.35m in width.

- This motorhome is now 20 years old, so expect some wear and marks commensurate with age, the front panel beneath the bonnet is a good example and can be seen in the photos. The large rear side door locks are not working but it has a Fiamma security lock fitted. It starts first time, every time.

- This motorhome is ready to go touring and comes with 3/4 tank of diesel.
