We are pleased to present a Chausson Welcome 55 on a 2005 Fiat Ducato chassis with only 23276 miles. MOT to 31.08.2019. 2.8 turbo diesel engine, in excellent condition. At the rear there is a 2 bike rack and access to the under bed storage. Moving to the nearside there is an Omnistor wind-out canopy over the habitation door. Entering via this door and turning left there is a full height cupboard with shelving. Next to this is the washroom with toilet, hand basin and shower which has a sliding screen to separate it from the washroom. On the right is the fixed French bed with large storage under which can be accessed from both inside and out. There is a fold away TV in the top cupboard which can be angled to view from the bed or lounge area. Next to this is the wardrobe. Turning round we enter the lounge-dining area with skylight giving masses of light and ventilation. On the left is the table with double lounge seat which has two 3 point seat belts and both front seats are Captain seats to allow dining for four people. The table can be lowered to convert into a bed. Opposite this is the kitchen with sink, 3 gas hob and grill, beside this is the fridge with freezer box. Entering the cab area there is storage around the top, the driver and passenger seats both have 3 point seat belts and there is a silver screen to the outside front and cab door windows. All habitation windows have fly and blackout screens and there is warm air heating throughout. This has been a well maintained vehicle with no MOT advisories over the past 10 years.
