desirable models, the Chausson Welcome 55, 2005 model, 3 berth with 4
travelling seats. On a Fiat Ducato 2.8 TDI, 59,916 miles, first registered on 24/05/05,
3 previous owners, the current owner for the last 6 years. MOT through to April
2024 with NO Advisories. Good service history, last serviced April 2023 with the
cam belt replaced in 2019.
- Enter the van and the kitchen/galley
area is on your right, a large combination stainless steel sink with draining
board, chrome mixer tap and dark glass lid, a 3 gas burner hob with dark glass
lid, plus a SMEV combination gas grill & oven fitted beneath. A Dometic 3-way
powered fridge with freezer box, not working on gas and a fridge service is around £120, plus upper lockers to store away your holiday
provisions.
- The lounge & dining area has
two forward facing seats with three point seatbelts, this area makes the third
berth although with additional foam you could potentially make it a double. A large
dining table and the two front seats swivel to face the hab area, there is a
tiny hole in the table top. Upper aircraft style lockers and under-seat storage
available.
- Above the cab there is an
additional storage cabinet with storage nets each side.

cubicle with folding perspex door, riser rail with shower handset and dedicated
chrome tap. A built-in washbasin with chrome mixer tap, Thetford cassette
swivelling toilet with electric flush & SOG system, upper and lower storage cabinets.

style double bed that’s easy to access, with upper storage lockers and a TV
cabinet. A rear & side window plus a roof vent with fan that expels or
draws in fresh air, plus a privacy curtain.

heating & hot water that operates on gas, black-out blinds &
fly-screens throughout. Two wardrobes are provided, one with a hanging rail and
the other has shelving.
- The cab has air-con fitted
which has just been re-gassed in April, a JVC CD Tuner, electric windows, electric
mirrors, central locking, 2 sets of keys plus a Van Bitz alarm system. A brand
new mirror mounted reversing camera monitor in August 2023.
- Outside you have an Omnistor wind-out
sun canopy, Fiamma bike rack for 2 with alarm wiring to protect them, TV
aerial, gas locker with 2 propane bottles, 3 new tyres in 2021 & 1 in 2019
all in VGC, spare wheel mounted underneath plus a new leisure battery fitted in
May 2022. At the rear is a large opening locker to access the underbed storage
area.
