The Carthago Malibu I500QB is the height of luxury and this 4 berth with 4 traveling seat belts is presented in fantastic condition that is a credit to the one owner from new. Carthago are renowned for the highest build quality and stunning interior and this motorhome is no exception.This 2020 model was registered in Jan 2021 and has so many outstanding features it is impossible to list them all, it has a lovely comfortable living area and is amazing to sleep in with two enormous beds including a Queen sized fixed Island bed at the rear. It comes with loads of storage space including an extremely large garage with load capacity 250kg, ideal for electric bikes and anything else you wish to take on long trips away.
This Carthago is built on the Fiat chassis and has a 2.3l engine with 6 speed manual gear box and upgraded 160 Bhp. The cab comes with the Eco and Touring packs including cab air condition, reversing camera, DAB+ radio with touch screen, ESP, ABS, ASR, Hillholder, Traction Plus and Hill Descend control. In addition rear air suspension and easy to operate self levelling system have also been added.
The Malibu I 500QB has a wonderful living area giving you all the luxury and comfort you could wish for. At the front you have a lounge/dining area making use of the large captain chairs, L shaped sofa and a further side sofa. The current owner have put in a smaller table top for increased space but has the larger table should you prefer. Moving back there is a well equipped kitchen which includes gas hob and sink on one side and a large fridge with separate freezer and oven and grill on the other. There is loads of cupboards and storage space for all your utensils and ingredients.
As mentioned the I 500 QB is exceptionally comfortable to sleep in. It has a super comfortable queen sized Island bed at the rear and and even bigger pull down bed at the front. There is a spit washroom featuring Thetford cassette toilet and sink on one side and separate shower on the other. Heating and hotwater is provided via the excellent Truma Combi 6 including underfloor heating.
Externally it has a large wind-out awning and 120 watt solar panel with 1000 watt inverter making it a perfect motorhome for off grid.
