The Carado CV640 packs one of the most popular layouts found on larger motorhomes into a just over a 6 metre van conversion. There are three clearly defined zones, with the lounging space at the front, kitchen in the centre with washroom adjacent and to the rear a fixed transverse double bed area. Its a tried and trusted setup, nicely executed and adaptable for two or more thanks to four seatbelts and an occasional bed available from the forward dinette, which can seat four for a social gathering.
At the rear, is a fixed transverse double bed with great storage underneath and side cupboard with 2 gas-low re fillable bottles. The bedroom has windows to side and rear with a skylight above, all with blinds and fly screens. We have stylish storage cupboards, excellent lighting and a usb point.
Moving up mid-ship on the drivers side we have the kitchen area, with 2 gas hob burner, sink with hot & cold mixer tap, all in stainless. With the cover down we have a good prep area. There are storage cupboards below, a cutlery drawer, 2 240 v sockets and a usb point. The 12v Thetford fridge is cleverly arranged on the end and has a 54 litre capacity.
Opposite is the washroom, with toilet and shower. We have high storage and more below the basin. There is a mirror, shower curtain, and a wooden duck board.
Two forward facing belted seats and two swivel captain seats make for a comfortable lounge/dining area with a sturdy adjustable table. A small bed can be made in this area with a skylight above.
There are many extras including Electric step, Solar panel, Wind-out canopy and towbar ,while in the cab there is an upgraded Pioneer multi-media head unit, air conditioning, cruise control, central locking and reversing camera and sensors.
