Burstner Nexxo Family A694, 2009, 7 Berth with 6 Seatbelts. Very large over-cab bed, 2 bunk beds, and one wide single or potentially a double bed, one normal sized single bed, plus two dining areas to accommodate 6 guests.
Ford Transit 2.4 TDI, 6 speed manual gearbox, just 19,574 Miles, MOT to 23rd April 2020, full service history and recently serviced in April 2019, twin wheel rear axle, a large side door opens and the bottom bunk bed raises to convert it to a reasonable sized garage area for bikes or other large items. Just two owners from new with the second owner having it since June 2010. The service book is present plus a file full of receipts for any work that the motorhome required, no expense spared.
Step inside and the kitchen is to your right, a 3 gas burner hob, stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap and a draining board with plug drain away, opposite is a three-way powered fridge with freezer box, above is a combination oven and grill, plus there are plenty of cupboards to store away your holiday provisions.
The lounge and dining area can seat 6 people, the offside area has two forward facing and two rearward facing seats, all with seat belts so six travelling seats in total. There is a large dining table that drops down to make up a large double bed. The nearside area has a forward and rearward facing seat plus a dining table, again the table drops to make up a single bed or can be used as a side sofa. Upper aircraft style lockers provide storage and a sunroof floods the area with natural daylight.
The over-cab bed is cavernous, one of the biggest I've seen, access is via a wooden ladder, there is a window on the off-side plus reading lights and privacy curtains.
The rear near side has two full length adult bunk beds, the top bunk accessed with a wooden ladder, plus there are reading lights and privacy curtains, both bunks have had additional safety nets fitted to save young children from falling out of bed, the bottom bunk has a window with blind. The bottom bunk raises up and there is a very large access door from the outside making a very large storage area whilst travelling.
The rear washroom has a separate shower cubicle with shower handset on a rising rail and folding shower doors, a good sized designer washbasin with chrome mixer tap and a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush, plus plenty of storage is available with several cupboards.
There is wood effect flooring, loose fit carpets, a good sized wardrobe with drawers below, plenty of aircraft style storage lockers, Truma blown-air central heating and hot water heating, privacy curtains plus black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout. An AXTEX TV with built-in DVD player is located in a clever cabinet that stores it away when not in use, just slide it out for viewing.
The cab has air-conditioning, a six speed manual gearbox, power assisted steering, a Ford CD Tuner, cruise control via buttons on steering wheel, electric windows and mirrors and good storage areas. Both the front seats swivel although the drivers seat would have limited leg room due to the rear facing seats. There are two sets of keys, plus a Sigma alarm system is also installed.
Outside you have a gas locker with two large propane bottles, Fiamma wind-out sun canopy, Thule bike rack for five cycles, a huge side door that raises to reveal the bunk beds and a large storage area. Twin rear wheels allow for additional weight, and there is storage available across the width of the motorhome with opening locker access from both sides. The bodywork is in good condition with a few dinks and all the tyres have plenty of tread.
GVW is 3500Kg. Length 7.35m, Width 2.30m, Height 3.00m.
The weight is 3500Kg max, which means it can be driven by anyone of any age with a normal full UK driving licence.
