From one of Germanies finest motorhome builders the Burstner Ixeo A Class. This 744 model comes with the sought after rear lounge layout with twin double drop down beds front & rear. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with the 2.3 litre multijet turbo diesel engine & comfortmatic 6 speed automatic gearbox. It also benefits from the 150PS engine upgrade rated as Euro 6Y. The chassis has been specified to 4250kg GVW which means it requires a C1 licence to drive. The cab benefits from: Champagne metallic finish; full two tone leather upholstery; air conditioning; cruise control; Pioneer Double Din head unit with Bluetooth phone and music streaming; electric & heated mirrors; electric passenger side window; Blinds to front & side screens.
We enter the motorhome on the drivers side via an electric step immediately to the right of the habitation door is a single seat & opposite is the dinette with L shaped sofa. The forward facing seats double as 2 travelling seats and as such have 2 x 3 point lap & diagonal seat belts. The front 2 seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 6 people around the table if entertaining on site. The table slides on runners to be positioned in the middle of this area. There is a TV point on the left of the habitation door. Above the cab is the 2nd of the large double beds this is dropped down manually over the front seats and accessed easily by climbing up on the single seat.
Moving rear is the L Shaped kitchen which consists of a bowl shaped stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap; 3 gas burner hob; under the counter is a Dometic built in oven & grill; plenty of cupboard & drawer space for all holiday provisions; opposite is a large fully automatic Dometic absorber fridge freezer this can be powered by: 240v; 12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping above this is a pioneer microwave.
Moving rear is the bathroom area this can be split fore and aft from the habitation areas with the use of the solid door of the toilet and a sliding partition door to the rear, making a large private area for dressing. The toilet situated on the passenger side consist of a Thetford cassette style fresh water flush with a swivel head, above a built in white sink unit with chrome mixer tap. On the opposite side is the separate shower cubicle that can be closed off with Perspex doors it has a chrome mixer and shower head on a riser.
Moving rear again there is a large hanging wardrobe with a shelf above and drawer below. This drawer doubles as the step to access the main double bed that electrically drops down from above.
Finally the L Shaped rear lounge which is flooded by light from its dual aspect windows. There is a TV point on the forward wall and a coffee table slides out from beneath the sofa.
Heating & hot water are supplied by Truma Combi E boiler that can be powered by Gas and electric. The vehicle benefits from a partial double floor giving excellent thermal qualities.
