On entering the luxurious interior via the offside
habitation door you are immediately struck by the highest quality interior with
beautiful cream leather upholstery, Corian work surfaces, high gloss cupboard
and locker door finishes to the spacious interior.
To your left is one of the Smart TV’s with various controls
and WIFI router tucked behind. Next comes
the large fridge with separate freezer then comes a superb toilet area with a washbasin. The waste system is the new Thetford Indus system
which enables the waste to be easily discharged to a suitable disposal point. Across the rear of the vehicle is a large bedroom
with an island bed, wardrobes and a further Smart TV. Coming forward is a fabulous large shower
cubicle then a fabulous kitchen area with Corian sink and worksurfaces. Needless to say there is a hob, oven and
microwave neatly housed here too.
The lovely lounge/dining area consists of a large L-shaped
settee with an opposing smaller one and a dining table between. The seats can be adapted to make 2 forward-facing
travelling seats. The fabulous cab has
swivelling seats and a huge double bed above. There are cab blinds and a heated
floor.
There is a set of fully fitted carpets included and the
motorhome is fully winterised and heated by way of a glycol Alde system. The
leisure batteries are Lithium Ion. There is a habitation air conditioning system fitted.
Externally there are doors on both to a huge rear garage. This
has been fitted out with bespoke racking (included) to neatly store all the equipment
you need and still leaves room for a scooter if required. (Please note that the
items shown in the photographs are not included in the sale). There is also a
locker that runs beneath the living area with doors on either side for loading
long items.
There is a 360 degree camera system fitted, external BBQ, shower and TV points, bike rack, tow bar, solar panel, WiFi 5G antenna, external Thule awning with sides to make a safari room, LED lighting fitted beneath the length of the awning, external thermal windscreen blind and a Gaslow refillable LPG system. A tracker and full alarm is fitted as is a self levelling system.
An electric Piaggio scooter which fits into the garage is available by extra negotiation.

5500KG so you will need the appropriate license to drive it.
