- A fabulous opportunity to own this 6 berth family motorhome with rare 6 travelling seats all with 3-point seatbelts. A Bessacarr E495, 2007, on a Fiat Ducato 2.3 TDI with just 26,729 miles and a long MOT all the way through to 25^th January 2024. Excellent service history, recent service on 26^th Jan 2023 and the cam belt was replaced in 2020. Private plate included and a Self-Levelling hydraulic system fitted 18 months ago.

- A full habitation service carried out on 27^th October 2022, everything checked, damp free and fully working. The full AWS/NCC certification comes with the motorhome.

- Enter the van using the double electric step and you have the kitchen and dining area to your left, the diner has a large dining table, two rear and two forward facing seats, all with 3-point seatbelts. This area converts to a double bed in the evening.

- The kitchen is well specified with a round stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, chopping board and plastic drainer, a dual-fuel hob with 3 gas burners and an electric hotplate, gas grill & oven beneath, a Sharp microwave oven, plus a Dometic 3-way powered fridge with freezer box.

- The over-cab bed is large and spacious and accessed via an aluminium ladder, with a side window, lighting and privacy curtains. The bed raises on gas struts during the day to allow for additional headroom in the cab.

- The main feature is the rear u-shaped lounge, with deep sofas that easily convert to large double bed in the evening. A Centre cabinet with fold-out table, a full sized dining table is stored in the wardrobe when not in use, upper aircraft style lockers and under sofa storage available. 3 large windows and a sunroof flood the lounge with natural daylight.

- The washroom has a clever panel that turns to create a separate shower cubicle, there’s a washbasin with mirror above and a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush.

- Truma blown-air central heating and hot water heating on both gas and electric, wood effect flooring with loose fit carpets, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout.

- The cab has a Pioneer CD player with DAB+ radio, Bluetooth, iPod and USB input, the aerial needs looking at. There are built-in privacy screens to the windscreen and side windows, reversing camera monitor, electric windows, mirrors and remote central locking, plus 2 sets of keys. Gemini Alarm System with two remotes.

- Outside you have a gas locker with two bottles, Fiamma wind-out sun canopy, which has had a small repair, rear ladder to access the roof and fitted roof bars, Fiamma bike rack for 3, solar panel, tv aerial. A Fiamma Safari / Privacy room is included.

- E&P automatic hydraulic self-levelling system has been installed in June 2021 at a cost of £5,700. Extremely luxurious and fully self-levelling, all operated by a removeable touch-screen remote.
