October 2024 and a clear Habitation check completed in March 2023.
Enter through the habitation
door and you have the mid-ships kitchen, adjacent to the lounge area, with a
stainless steel sink and mixer tap, a glass covered Thetford three gas burner
hob with electric hotplate, grill and oven below, adjacent is the Dometic
fridge with integral freezer unit, above is the Russell Hobbs microwave and
there are plenty of storage cupboards and overhead lockers.
The L-shaped lounge, which
can also be set up as a half dinette and twin side seats, and dinette area, where
all the upholstery is in excellent condition, includes a side seat, above is a
large Heki skylight making it a light and airy living space, there are upper
lockers and under seat storage available. There is a dining table that can be
removed and stored in the floor space. The seating can be converted to a double
bed. The front cab passenger and drivers captain seats both swivel round to
face the living space.
The washroom, has a lined
walk-in shower cubicle with bi-fold dividing door, a washbasin with a chrome
mixer tap, a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush, skylight
for ventilation and a medicine cabinet and mirror. At the rear are the two rear
single beds with reading lights, mains socket and USB charge point with easily
accessed storage wardrobe space underneath.
The cab includes skylight,
air conditioning, cruise control, single shot CD player radio with Bluetooth
phone connectivity and satellite navigation , electric driver and passenger
windows, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, driver and passenger airbags,
steering wheel audio controls, internal concertina blinds, reversing camera
monitor and remote central locking.
Alde 3020HE controls hot water and blown heating either on gas or electric,
with blinds and fly-screens throughout, including a fly screen across the
habitation door.
Outside there is a two bike cycle rack, solar panel, rear
reversing camera, external mains socket, external BBQ point, TV aerial, Fiamma
F45 wind out awning, awning light, gas bottle locker, towbar, two leisure
batteries and access on both sides to the full width rear garage storage. The external length is 7.98m.
