Based on the Peugeot Boxer 2.2 HDi 130 engine and built on the AL-CO chassis. Also incorporating Alu-Tech Bodyshell construction technology fitted as standard, meaning less chance for water to enter into the habitation area, good for the motorhomes longevity.
At the back we have the fixed french bed, which easily lifts to allow for plenty of storage. This is sided by the corner washroom with integrated unused shower and toilet separated from the vanity unit by a bi-fold partition door.
Moving up on the drivers side, is a nice compact kitchen area, with a good prep area when the sink and cooker lids are down. The oven is a Thetford with 3 gas burner hob and grill. Opposite this is a wardrobe with good hanging space and below is a 3 way fridge with removable freezer box.
Further up, we have the parallel lounge area and opposing sofas, with striking leather effect edging, easily converting into a double bed. The leather effect is replicated in the good looking Captain seats which swivel round to enhance the lounge.
The Bailey 640 has a well thought through storage set-up with lockers and cupboards well placed throughout. The width of the habitation area barely exceeds the width of the cab, reducing the risk of scratches and dinks on the outside and is more suitable for those with limited space on the drive. It has an excellent blown air heating system. Its MOT is till May 2022, and only 6386 miles on the clock travelled by its original and only owner.
All in all a fantastic motorhome that ticks all the boxes for those looking for a clean, comfortable, well set up home from home. Not only is it nice looking on the inside, with its flashy brilliant white exterior, very easy on the eye on the outside.
