This is a fabulous sought after low-profile compact motorhome with the added
benefit of a fixed double bed, excellent if you have limited space on your
driveway. It had a full habitation service on the 16th February 2018, all
clear, everything working and comes with the NCC approved certification.
Step inside and the lounge or dinette area is on your left, with one long and
one short sofa, this area can be made up into a second double bed in the
evening. A large wind-up sunroof above floods the lounge with natural daylight, upper
aircraft style lockers and under seat storage is available.
The kitchen has a triangular stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap and
glass lid, stainless steel hob with 3 gas burners, a combination gas grill and oven beneath, 3-way powered
fridge with ice-box, upper storage lockers and bottom cabinet for your holiday
provisions.
The main feature is the fixed French double bed, which raises to reveal a large storage area that can also be accessed via an external locker.
There is a
wardrobe with hanging rail and lockers above the bed for additional storage.
The washroom has a separate shower cubicle that has a built-in wash-basin with
chrome mixer tap that pulls out so it can be used as the shower handset, there
are folding Perspex doors to keep the water away from the Thetford cassette
swivelling toilet with electric flush.
The blown air central heating and hot water heating is by Webasto, wood effect
flooring with a loose fitted carpet in the lounge area, black-out blinds and
fly-screens throughout.
The cab has two swivelling seats, a Kenwood CD Tuner with USB and iPod input, Cruise Control,
electric windows, mirrors, central locking and two 12v power outlets. A very nice
feature is the built-in privacy blinds for the windscreen and side windows.
Outside you have a wind-out sun canopy, Fiamma bike rack for two cycles, gas
locker with gas bottle included, locker to access the under-bed storage and a
fitted tow bar with electrics. Four brand new tyres have been fitted in November 2018 and it has Fiamma levelling ramps.
GVW 3500Kg, Length 5.99m, Width 2.31m, Height 2.79m.
The GVW is just 3500Kg, so it can be driven by anyone of any age on a full UK car
driving licence.
