The layout is fixed rear bed over a large garage, central kitchen with huge worktop space loads of storage and a large fridge/ freezer. The lounge is just behind the driver and passenger seats. With a freestanding dining table the lounge becomes the dinette. The washroom facility comprises of a separate shower with Perspex door, the toilet and hand basin being on the opposite side of the motorhome. A nice feature of this layout is that the full door of the toilet closes to create a separate room containing the rear bed, shower and washroom. The kitchen and lounge diner then become another room. In the lounge-dining area there are long lounge seats on both sides with a freestanding table. A TV is included. This area can be used as two single beds or one large double bed. There are lots of storage lockers around the top. The kitchen features a full size oven with grill and dual fuel hob. The sink has a built in drainer and a choice of two covers to extend worktop space. A range of cupboards above and below the worktop copes with every storage need. Above the fridge freezer is a cupboard designed for TV and bracket. Next to the fridge is a Truma heater with a double door wardrobe above. Heating and hot water can be gas or electric from the Truma combi boiler. In addition there is a separate diesel heater nounted in the rear garage to make sure the van is a warm as you could want. There are fly screens and black out blinds on habitation windows. The upholstery is modern in design and in very good condition. This motorhome is very clean and tidy inside and out.
Based on the Fiat Ducato 35 multijet LWB with 2287cc 130 diesel engine and 6 speed manual gearbox. In the cab we have air conditioning and cruise control, pleated window blinds, electric front windows and mirrors and a JVC CD/radio. Outside we have a large wind out awning with light, external shower point & fitment, a useful locker on the nearside front and on the off side there is a good size upright locker which has the battery for the diesel heater. Still on this side is the good size pull out locker which contains the hook up cable, ramps and water hose, included. The spare wheel is mounted in a cover, a fold up ladder gives access to the roof where the Solar Panels are mounted (1 x 80w 1 x 140w). Finally at the rear is the garage which can be accessed from either side. The doors are approx 29" x 42". The large garage with access from both sides make this motorhome ideal for a bike enthusiast. The weight permitted in the garage is 250 kg. A useful motorbike ramp is included. There is a Cobra alarm and immobiliser. A telemetrics tracker if fitted and "live" believed to be transferable. Cambelt changed at 19506 miles, MOT till October 2021. New clutch fitted November.
