The motorhome had a full habitation service on the 18th September 2020, everything checked and working, no damp found and the van will come with the full NCC / AWS certification.
Step inside using the included step and you have the kitchen area to your right, with a large counter space, cream sink with draining board and chrome mixer tap. Below is a newly replaced Dometic 3-way powered fridge with freezer box, opposite is a Country Leisure Caprice cooker with four gas burners under a smoked glass lid, gas grill and oven beneath, plus more counter space to the right if needed, above the cooker is a cabinet with concertina door where you could place a microwave oven and it has a power socket. Upper lockers and cabinets below where you can store all your holiday provisions.
The sought after U-Shaped rear lounge has a large rear and side windows, plus a wind-up sunroof making it very bright and airy, this area easily converts to a very large double bed that can accommodate the tallest of adults. Upper aircraft style lockers and plenty of under-seat storage space is provided.
The over-cab bed is large and spacious with a window at each side, there are privacy curtains and a wooden ladder to access it.
The washroom has a built-in washbasin with mixer tap that pulls out to use as the shower handset, cupboards below and a mirrored medicine cabinet above, a good sized shower tray with shower curtain, plus a Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush. A brand new and unused toilet seat and lid is fitted.
A double door wardrobe with hanging rail and and cupboard beneath. There's a tall dresser style unit that houses the Truma fire, a counter where you can place your TV and a double door drinks cabinet above.
Truma gas and electric blown air central heating and hot water heating, wood effect flooring with loose fit carpets, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout including to the main door, plus there are two leisure batteries fitted.
The cab has luxurious suspension seats which were an expensive option when new, walnut inserts, a Clarion CD Tuner, central locking, electric windows and mirrors, plus a privacy curtain. A Thatcham CAT1 alarm system and Tracker device are fitted and there are two sets of keys provided. Road tax is just £270 per annum.
Outside you have an Omnistor wind-out sun canopy, a solar panel, gas locker with two propane bottles, alloy wheels with good tyres and plenty of tread, a full sized spare wheel is also provided. TV aerial, chrome bull bar and a large Mercedes badge. A locker door to access the under wardrobe area and a larger door to access the under-sofa storage area. The underside has been fully treated with Waxoyl. The motorhome has had a small bump to the rear off-side bumper.
