The Adria is based on the Fiat Ducato chassis with
an economical Euro 6 compliant 130bhp 2.3 turbo diesel engine and 6-speed manual
gearbox. The motorhome has had one owner from new and comes with only 3,465
miles on the clock and the MOT is valid until April 2024 with no advisories.
To the front of the motorhome, you will find the lounge
which provides a half-dinette seating with a side sofa, two Captain swivel
seats and an extendable dining table, comfortably seating five. All this sits
below the fabulous twin Sky-Roof allowing an abundance of light into the
motorhome. There is also a drop-down TV and LED spotlights. The dinette is
easily made up into a third berth for night-time.

wardrobe space and storage beneath the beds which is also situated above the
large garage which has exterior double access.
The large full-width rear garage easily stores
bicycles and offers some great storage options.
To the foot of the bed, you will find the separate shower
cubicle to one side and the washroom is adjacent which consists of a vanity
unit with handwash basin, mixer tap and cupboard, Thetford cassette toilet with
electric flush and a wall-mounted cabinet with a sliding mirror door.
The motorhome comes with cab air-conditioning, cruise
control, leather steering wheel, steering wheel controls, driver and passenger
airbags, concertina cab blinds, Captain chairs which both swivel, electric
operated cab windows, electrically adjusted wing mirrors, radio with TomTom Sat
Nav and Bluetooth connectivity, rearview camera, Phantom Tracker, solar panel,
aerial, TV, microwave, Truma heating and water system, part leather upholstery,
electric step, spare wheel, wind out awning, 240v hook-up cable and external TV
point.
This well-cared-for motorhome, which includes the
UK Limited Edition Pack specification, would be ideal and offers great value
