This 2024 Auto-Trail F-Line F70 is a right hand drive automatic motorhome with 4 berths, a rear bedroom with flexible bed arrangements and a large garage. It has covered 6,022 miles and is offered for sale due to the owner's health.
The rear bedroom has two fixed single beds which can be made up into a large double, with underbed wardrobes and storage areas, overhead cabinets and shelves. A curtain separates the bedroom from the main living area. The lounge has two swivel front captain's chairs, a bench seating arrangement, overhead storage cupboards and under seat storage. The lounge converts into a further double bed, providing 4 berths in total. A removable dining table, currently stored under the rear bed, can be used indoors or outdoors.
The kitchen is fitted with a large sink, three burner gas hob, Thetford oven and grill, large fridge freezer and storage cupboards. The washroom includes a cassette toilet, hand basin and separate shower cubicle. Heating and hot water are supplied by gas or mains electricity.
Equipment includes cab air conditioning, cruise control and speed limiter, electric windows, cab blackout blinds, blackout blinds and flyscreens throughout, sat nav, Bluetooth handsfree, DAB radio, reverse camera, solar panel, Falcon 12V TV with DVD player, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm. There is an electric step for the habitation door.
The exterior equipment includes a towbar with 13 pin socket, Thule awning, external gas BBQ point and large rear garage. A Thule two bike rack is also available and is currently removed. Two 6kg gas bottles, a Cadac Carri Chef 2, water hose and electric hookup cable are included.
The motorhome was registered on 6 March 2024 and serviced on 30th April 2026 at 5,588 miles. Habitation check records are available for 18 March 2025 and 27 April 2026. The first MOT is due on 5 March 2027. One previous owner. Maximum authorised weight 3,500kg, 1,995cc diesel engine, automatic transmission.
